Victory Over Emotions

Scriptural anchors:·       Isaiah 26:3 |  Philippians 4:6–7

Morning

[ ] Ask God to rule your inner world today—peace over your thoughts and calm over your reactions.
[ ] Invite Holy Spirit to help you respond slowly, clearly, and with self-control.
[ ] Surrender any dread, stress, or frustration you woke up with. Declaration (speak aloud): ·
“My emotions serve me; they do not lead me. God’s peace leads me today.”

Mid-day

[ ] Name what you’re feeling without shame; ask God for wisdom about what it’s trying to signal.
[ ] Pray for emotional steadiness in conversations, decisions, and pressure.
[ ] Release any irritation or heaviness before it turns into reaction.
DAILY Declaration (speak aloud):
“I respond with wisdom and self-control; I will not react out of pressure.”

Evening

[ ] Thank God for every moment you stayed steady; ask for healing where you didn’t.
[ ] Release the day’s disappointments and unmet expectations.
[ ] Ask for restful sleep and renewed joy for tomorrow. Declaration (speak aloud):
“I release today’s weight and rest in the Lord's peace—my joy is being restored.”

Action Step

[ ] Do a 2-minute reset: breathe slowly and say, “Peace, lead me.” Then choose one wise response today.

Reflection (1–3 lines) Journal it!
